Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Analytics Analyst will conduct complex analyses and provide recommendations within the Credit Risk organization while collaborating cross-functionally to develop new products and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to deliver insights on portfolio performance across various levels
• Design analytical approaches to solve complex business problems and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Monitor key performance metrics and propose recommendations to optimize product offers and risk management processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Financial/Credit analysis
• 2+ years of experience with SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Tableau/PowerPoint
• Experience with SAS/Python/R and predictive model development
• Strong analytical skills with attention to documentation and process reproducibility
