Senior Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
Leading analytics workstreams, the full-time Senior Analytics Analyst will independently produce actionable insights from large-scale healthcare transaction data, support product decisions, and mentor junior analysts in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics deliverables by scoping problems, defining success metrics, and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Develop complex descriptive and diagnostic analyses while contributing to predictive and prescriptive analytics efforts
- Produce executive-ready visualizations and reports that communicate the business impact of analytics initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably with healthcare analytics experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency and strong capabilities in Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, translating complex findings into executive-ready insights
