Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Consultant of Analytics Services to provide implementation and operational support for analytics in value-based care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support analytics service delivery by collaborating with clients to understand key performance indicators for value-based payment programs
• Utilize AI-driven tools to identify business insights and develop innovative reporting solutions
• Leverage generative AI tools for process documentation and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency across analytics engagements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing validation/testing artifacts
• 2+ years of experience with solutions like Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Platform
• 1+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data and provider operational data
• Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced AI tools to enhance productivity
• Proven ability to design and optimize operational processes and protocols
