Senior Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, the full-time Senior Analytics Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of complex analytics projects
• Collaborate with teams in Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management to align on project goals
• Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field with a proven track record
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex analytical concepts
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
