Senior Analytics Developer

Job Summary

To support the Analytics Department, the full-time Senior Analytics Developer will design, develop, and maintain complex applications and reporting solutions for healthcare claims, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test applications that enhance the Analytics system, focusing on fraud detection in healthcare claims
• Analyze system needs and create appropriate reporting solutions while maintaining complex database software
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 4 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSMS and SSIS
• Experience in creating reports and predictive analytics, particularly in healthcare claims analytics
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SSRS
• Knowledge of data mapping, extraction, and relational and dimensional modeling
