Senior Analytics Developer

Job Summary

To support a mid-sized clinical research institute, the remote Senior Analytics Developer will design high-impact data visualizations and models, gather data requirements from stakeholders, and transform data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and create data visualizations and models to support strategic decision-making
• Interview operational stakeholders to document business and data requirements
• Participate in the development and maintenance of analytics policies and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Development experience with BI platforms such as IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, or Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SAS, Python, and R
• Expert-level SQL query writing ability for report generation
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong customer focus with experience in collaborating with technical and business users
