Senior Analytics Developer

Job Summary

Leading the technical delivery of complex analytics solutions, the full-time Senior Analytics Developer will work remotely to ensure quality and governance of analytics outputs, develop team capabilities, and drive innovation through AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for technical excellence and quality assurance across all phases of the Analytics Lifecycle
• Lead solution design for complex analytics initiatives, defining technical architecture and development standards
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching within the team to enhance analytics practices and capabilities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics delivery or comparable experience, with 1+ years in a senior or technical lead capacity
• Expert-level experience in Tableau and/or Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering complex analytics solutions
• Strong working experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks for data transformation and analytics
• Degree in data, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
• Experience leading technical delivery within an agile environment, including sprint management and DevOps tooling
