Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Analytics Engineer will build scalable data products and transformation layers for the Video product team, ensuring reliable data foundations and enabling efficient experimentation and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build reusable data models and transformation layers that serve as the reliable source of truth for the Video product team
• Establish data and analysis infrastructure for consistent A/B testing and experimentation
• Deliver APIs, dashboards, and data products that provide trusted metrics for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with experience in complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning on cloud warehouses like Snowflake
• Proven track record of creating clean, documented, and reusable transformation layers using tools such as SQLMesh or dbt
• Production-grade Python experience for modeling and orchestration, including statistical analysis for predictive modeling
• Experience building data products such as APIs, pipelines, and dashboards that others depend on
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to support measurement and analysis
