Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analytics Engineer to enhance data-driven decision-making within the Quality & Safety department.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end data engineering projects, including analytics consultations and data modeling
• Creates data extracts using SQL/Python to improve existing data workflows
• Collaborates with team members to ensure data products accurately reflect KPIs and adhere to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in General Studies required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or healthcare analytics required
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing technologies
• Healthcare experience preferred
