Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define and build data pipelines and analytics applications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure complex pipelines and deliver actionable insights
• Lead the implementation of strategic insights across business units to ensure real-world impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, and cloud analytics environments
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets to drive strategic recommendations
