Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Analytics & Strategy Analytics Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define and build data pipelines and analytics applications designed to drive strategies
• Lead the implementation of strategic insights and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain advanced data pipelines using analytics tools and present insights to senior executives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, and cloud analytics environments
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets to drive strategic recommendations
