Key Responsibilities

• Own dbt projects and manage semantic models across various health domains
• Lead the design and delivery of executive-ready dashboards using Power BI
• Implement quality standards and maintain a centralized metrics catalog

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Lead, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt, including models, tests, and documentation
• Mastery of Power BI, including DAX and dataflows
• Experience with data modeling and performance tuning
• Strong Git workflows and documentation discipline
