Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and maintain data models and collaborate with various teams to optimize data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable dimensional data models using dbt
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure reliable data deployment for machine learning models
• Champion data governance and quality across the data platform, implementing automated data quality checks

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence
• 2+ years of experience with dbt or equivalent scripting experience in Python
• 2+ years of experience with a cloud-based data warehouse such as Snowflake or Redshift
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau
