Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to enhance data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the data tech stack and key data sources to become a resource for data inquiries
• Own and evolve the dbt project, improving model structure, documentation, and overall warehouse architecture
• Write performant SQL for integrating complex data from multiple sources into reliable tables and views

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience in cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with dbt, including advanced features like macros and incremental models
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
• Background in financial data or SaaS/fintech analytics is strongly preferred
