Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to develop and scale their reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data models using dbt within a Redshift environment
• Write complex SQL queries to transform, analyze, and validate large datasets
• Own and optimize the Tableau reporting layer, including dashboard development and performance tuning

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data-focused roles, preferably in healthcare or startups
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Healthcare Administration
• Advanced SQL experience required (2-5+ years)
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Amazon Redshift or similar technologies
• Proven track record in building and optimizing Tableau dashboards
