Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Analytics Engineer, this full-time remote position involves owning the Semantic Layer to drive data initiatives and insights for a medspa platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Semantic Layer, creating datasets for actionable insights across medspa performance metrics
• Develop high-quality datasets for embedded AI in Moxie Suite, ensuring accuracy in operational metrics
• Lead the Revenue Reconciliation & Operations workstream within Data Governance to enhance data trust across the business

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in analytics engineering or a related role, preferably in vertical SaaS or healthcare
• Strong expertise in dbt and SQL for building scalable data models
• Experience with AI tools and a curiosity for AI applications in analytics
• Ability to bridge engineering and business discussions effectively
• Prior experience as an early or foundational data hire is preferred
