Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of analytics infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will lead the development and optimization of analytics pipelines, establish best practices in analytics engineering, and enhance the scalability and reliability of the data ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of analytics pipelines and data models for TRM's products and investigations
• Define and implement best practices in analytics engineering to improve development workflows and data reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready datasets that support models and investigative workflows

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science
• Deep proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or equivalent tools in a production environment
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience with Python and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
• Proficiency in developing dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
