Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a high-impact, full-stack data partner, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will own the entire lifecycle of data delivery, architecting pipelines from raw sources through dbt models to final Looker dashboards, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex business questions into clear, decision-ready answers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain analytics-ready datasets, LookML explores, and high-impact dashboards
• Partner directly with Member Engagement teams to turn strategic questions into rigorous analyses
• Collaborate with the core data engineering team to optimize foundational data models

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum
• 5-7 years of senior-level experience in analytics engineering and data analysis
• Advanced SQL proficiency and production-level dbt experience
• Fluency in LookML with proven ability to author and refactor models
• Experience with version control and CI workflows within modern cloud data warehouses
