Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support a high-growth company, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will architect and build scalable data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive AI-driven analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build the semantic layer for AI-driven analytics across various modern tools
• Design, build, and refactor DBT models to maintain a trustworthy single source of truth for enterprise KPIs
• Serve as the go-to analytics partner for Finance, Strategy, and Operations, delivering compelling presentations and reports

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering in high-growth startups or innovation labs
• Proficient in modern BI tools such as Metabase, Sigma, Omni, Tableau, or Looker
• Hands-on experience with DBT, including building, refactoring, and scaling projects in production
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience building semantic layers for self-serve analytics
