Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the Analytics Engineering efforts within the Sales and Marketing domain, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines, create analytic tools, and ensure data quality to support business initiatives at Reddit.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the Analytics Engineering lead for Sales and Marketing, contributing to data quality and automation initiatives
• Architect and improve data collection processes, creating ETLs and reporting dashboards for business tracking and marketing campaigns
• Develop user-friendly tools for data analysis and reporting, driving adoption and focusing on automation and reliability

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, or applied mathematics
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale ETL systems and building maintainable code in a production environment (Python preferred)
• Experience in Sales and Marketing domains
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
