Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end data stack, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will manage the analytics platform, implement data governance, and enable self-serve analytics across various operational teams in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and connect the data warehouse to source systems, implementing ELT and orchestration
• Build curated marts and a governed semantic layer, defining durable metrics and ensuring data quality
• Administer the BI tool, drive stakeholder discovery, and train teams on self-serve analytics best practices

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI engineering with end-to-end ownership of ELT BI
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, dbt, and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
• Strong Python skills for transformations and connector development, with experience in EL/ingestion frameworks
• Experience integrating healthcare data and knowledge of HIPAA/PHI practices
• Strong stakeholder skills for requirements gathering and translating KPIs
