Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure data integrity and quality across the organization, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer (AI & Quality) will review analytics outputs, build automated quality checks, and mentor teams on data literacy while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate data work produced by teams to ensure sound decision-making
• Develop automated test datasets and quality controls to enhance scalability across the organization
• Conduct high-stakes analysis on complex business questions and uphold data quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data quality roles
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to read and debug code
• Strong grounding in statistics/data science and a keen QA mindset
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and automated data tools
• Experience in high-volume environments such as social media or web analytics
