Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing a modern analytics engineering framework, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using tools like Snowflake and Power BI, while working remotely to drive business impact through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation
• Establish best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and pipeline reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions and insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and Python
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, GitLab, Power BI)
• Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns (e.g., medallion architecture)
