Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support a high-velocity Analytics Engineering pod, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will design and optimize data pipelines, act as a technical bridge across teams, and enhance platform performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize modular dbt pipelines and technical schemas to set team standards
• Translate complex product requirements into robust data assets by collaborating with Analytics, Operations, and Data Engineering teams
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize query performance across modern data platforms

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or technical data analytics roles
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and deep data modeling experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining modular data pipelines using dbt
• Experience designing schemas and optimizing performance on cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Redshift
• Comfort with production git workflows and automated data quality testing practices
