Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering closely with Finance and Operations teams, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will own the Finance/Operations data layer, integrate new data sources, and build dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pipeline requirements and identify data gaps
• Own the Finance and Operations data layer, creating reusable data models for reporting and analysis
• Design data flow documentation between source systems and the data warehouse

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with financial or operational data sets
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to translate business processes into data models and metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills for gathering requirements and managing expectations
