Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the finance department, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will evolve foundational data infrastructure, managing end-to-end analytics processes from data ingestion to reporting in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for a data-driven culture, shaping data for analysis and decision-making
• Lead data projects, overseeing the process from data ingestion to reporting while managing ambiguity
• Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into effective data capture and schema design

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer or full stack data analyst
• Proficiency in SQL with a focus on writing performant code
• Expertise in data modeling and schema design, preferably using dbt
• Experience with data warehouses and the modern data stack
• Ability to build ELT and reverse ETL pipelines using off-the-shelf tools or simple DAGs in Airflow with Python
