Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Combining deep technical expertise in analytics engineering with strong product analytics acumen, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and operationalize modern analytics solutions remotely, collaborating with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business leaders to improve product measurement and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics engineering solutions leveraging Databricks and modern data platform capabilities
- Develop and manage metrics-as-code frameworks and implement KPI definitions within enterprise semantic layers
- Champion software engineering best practices in analytics development, including CI/CD, code reviews, and testing
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Advanced SQL expertise with experience analyzing large-scale event and customer interaction data
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and modern cloud data platforms
- Proficiency in Python for analytics and data processing
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle practices
