Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To build and scale the analytical foundation that powers decision-making across various teams, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will transform raw data into clean datasets, manage the data infrastructure, and ensure data quality and automation while collaborating cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the dbt project, ensuring models are performant, well-tested, and documented
- Design and maintain the Snowflake data warehouse and build custom Python/Airflow pipelines for data ingestion
- Act as a data liaison between Engineering, GTM, and Finance to ensure consistent metric definitions and enable stakeholder self-service access to insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar role in a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and modern data modeling best practices
- Proficiency in Python for pipeline development and API integrations
- Experience building custom ELT pipelines and designing cross-system reconciliation models
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and automated testing
