Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the analytics behind healthcare metrics, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will develop data methodologies, validate analytics, and manage feature requests while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the data methodology by carrying derived data points from development through QA into production
- Validate numbers using reconciliation SQL and establish standing QA coverage for data accuracy
- Scope and deliver analytics based on feature requests from product and clinical teams, ensuring quality and completeness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Five or more years in data analysis, healthcare analytics, or a comparable data-heavy role
- Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets and building metrics from raw source records
- Experience in the AWS ecosystem and familiarity with AI models for code development
- Working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims and provider information
