Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Business Intelligence team, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will design and build data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting while mentoring team members in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data models that serve as the single source of truth for BI reporting
- Develop and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into durable data models and pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Deep hands-on experience with data modeling and database/warehouse design
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for pipeline development and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, including dashboard-building experience
- Track record of mentoring or leading engineers or analysts in a technical capacity
