Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support product and growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will partner with product and engineering teams to define and implement product metrics, build reliable data infrastructure, and drive insights that inform product decisions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated data partner for product and product design, engaging in roadmap planning and feature scoping
• Own product analytics instrumentation by auditing existing tracking and collaborating with engineers to close gaps
• Build and maintain dbt models and design dashboards to support product, growth, and operational reporting

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a closely related data role
• Experience at a consumer-facing company with a strong understanding of product metrics for growth
• Proficiency in SQL and dbt, capable of building clean and well-documented models
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and defining event tracking with engineers
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with product managers and designers to influence product development
