Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data team, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will own the Finance and Operations data layer, integrate data from various systems, and develop dashboards to inform leadership, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to understand business processes and define pipeline requirements
• Own the Finance and Operations data layer, building reusable data models for reporting and analysis
• Create and maintain dashboards to communicate performance metrics and support root-cause analysis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with exposure to financial or operational data sets
• Strong SQL skills and experience in building data models in a cloud data warehouse environment, preferably Snowflake
• Experience validating outputs and creating checks for critical metrics
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into data models and dashboards
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements and managing expectations
