Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a permanent position, the Senior Analytics Engineer will design and build dimensional data models in Snowflake, develop and optimize dbt models, and partner with stakeholders to create scalable data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build dimensional data models in Snowflake to support business analytics
- Develop and optimize dbt models to transform raw data into reliable datasets
- Implement data quality checks and contribute to data governance practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role
- Expert-level SQL skills, including complex queries and window functions
- Strong hands-on experience with dbt
- Proficiency in Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse
- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse design patterns
