Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in managing analytics or data engineers
• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience in building and operating production-grade ELT pipelines and data models
• Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers or self-serve data models for cross-functional teams
