Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions to understand user interaction with data and contribute a user experience perspective
• Own the design of information hierarchy, navigation, and visualization for BI reporting products, ensuring decisions align with user needs
• Track the usage and effectiveness of delivered work, iterating based on user feedback and adoption signals

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience designing data experiences in a production environment
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including visualization design and report layout
• Experience working directly with end users through discovery methods
• Working knowledge of SQL and data structures
• Ability to operate independently within a small team environment
