Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Auto Analytics team, setting a clear vision and enhancing technical foundations
• Own end-to-end analytics for Auto Refinance and Auto Retail Lending, promoting data-driven decisions across various functions
• Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with multiple teams to translate insights into business impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in leadership roles within analytics or data science teams
• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Proven leadership experience in technical and business domains related to data science or analytics
• Experience in technology, fintech, or financial services is preferred
• Ability to craft executive-ready narratives and mentor teams on technical subjects
