Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Senior Analytics Manager will manage analytical strategies for customer care, focusing on retention, churn, and operational effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Steward and publish weekly business reviews, synthesizing metrics into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Run a prioritization process for analytics projects, managing a dynamic backlog and communicating trade-offs among competing priorities
- Drive investigations into metric performance, leveraging statistical analysis to identify key drivers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on data quality and reporting
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of analytics experience, including 2+ years in a management role within a data-intensive environment
- Proficient in SQL and BI tools, with experience in retention analysis and cohort modeling
- Strong statistical judgment and ability to conduct structured investigations with clear hypotheses
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating stakeholder-ready commentary
- Experience managing project backlogs and negotiating priorities with multiple stakeholders
