Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on data-driven insights, the full-time Senior Analytics Manager will develop analytics for supply chain operations, manage data science initiatives, and enhance process mining while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data-driven decision-making insights for end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on process mining and analytics
• Direct activities of data scientists and supply chain consultants, ensuring effective collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain robust data architecture, developing KPI metrics and analyses to support sustained problem-solving efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of business experience, including 5+ years in cross-functional Supply Chain roles
• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and/or data modeling
• Advanced experience in analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design
• Demonstrated leadership in executing innovative solutions through process and technology
