Senior Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Analytics Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the analytics function, develop a high-performing team, and deliver actionable analyses and narratives for senior leaders to enhance business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics and BI professionals, setting priorities and establishing clear expectations
- Partner with executives to translate strategic questions into actionable analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and recommendations
- Personally conduct complex analyses and present decision-ready findings to senior executive stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience with enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
