Senior Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on driving digital optimization initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Specialist will develop processes, tooling, and testing frameworks while coaching analytics talent and ensuring best practices in experimentation and personalization through Adobe Target.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with cross-functional partners using behavioral and performance data
• Develop analytical methodologies and processes to generate insights for data-driven decision-making and support ad-hoc analytics requests
• Guide and mentor analytics teammates in data sources and analytical tools by creating foundational queries and reports

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Political Science, Finance, Engineering, or Liberal Arts
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics
• Proficiency in Adobe Target, SQL, and experience with R and/or Python
• Strong background in Databricks, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with BI tools such as Qlik or Power BI
• Mastery of test-and-learn design methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing
