Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist to lead complex analytics initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery sessions and conduct advanced ROI assessments
• Develop solution designs and oversee UAT processes for complex solutions
• Generate insights and conduct scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing technologies
• Expert knowledge of analytics tools including Tableau and Power BI
• Understanding of agile project management principles and UAT methodologies
