• Design, enhance, and maintain Anaplan incentive compensation models and data structures
• Execute quarterly incentive compensation and bonus payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with analysts and operations leads to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience model building in Anaplan, with a focus on incentive compensation
• Strong experience managing integrations with tools like Xactly, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake
• Experience with incentive compensation management, performance reporting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities and capacity to optimize business processes
