A company is looking for a Senior Ancillary Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive workflow improvements at care centers
• Optimize care center workflows in collaboration with vendor partners and internal departments
• Monitor performance, engage in care center conversions, and provide support and training

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of healthcare experience, preferably with physicians and medical groups
• Familiarity and proficiency in software such as EHR systems and CRM
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership
• Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations
