Senior Android Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Android Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and designers to define and deliver new features for Sports mobile apps
• Code in Java/Kotlin, including new feature development, architecture, writing unit tests, refactoring, and fixing bugs
• Share responsibilities in app architecture/design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and build pipeline management

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in Android app development
• Expertise in Java, Kotlin, and Android development tools (Android Studio, Gradle, Git)
• Strong experience in shipping high-quality Android applications, particularly in sports or related fields
• Knowledge of Android best practices (LiveData, Jet Pack Compose, Coroutines, Flows)
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate within a team to meet project goals
