Senior Android Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Android Engineer to contribute to the development of Android applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of Android app features
• Maintain and support existing apps, including bug fixes and performance monitoring
• Mentor and coach engineers while collaborating cross-functionally on engineering solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field with two years of software engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience
• Knowledge of Android SDK
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or Android architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, etc.)
• Experience in leading projects from problem definition through solution delivery
• Ability to review peer code and provide constructive feedback
