Senior Android Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Android Engineer to take on a technical leadership role in mobile engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features of the Android application for retail field teams
• Drive architecture decisions and code quality standards as the technical counterpart to the Mobile Engineering Manager
• Mentor fellow engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical discussions and project planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin
• Strong understanding of modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with Jetpack libraries (Compose, Navigation, Room, WorkManager)
• Track record of mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
• Experience working in international, distributed teams
