Senior Android Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Android Engineer to build and scale the Android experience for a smart access and property management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build product features across UI, business logic, and device communication layers
• Integrate and maintain IoT and BLE device flows, including firmware updates and real-time sensor states
• Write comprehensive unit tests with a focus on maintaining a disciplined MVI architecture

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Kotlin, including coroutines, Flow, and Jetpack Compose
• Hands-on experience integrating IoT or hardware devices on Android, such as Bluetooth Low Energy
• Solid understanding of unidirectional architectures like MVI
• Comfortable with large modular codebases and associated build tooling
• Proficient in using AI tools for coding, debugging, and testing tasks
