Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Android Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role focuses on driving architecture decisions, guiding engineering practices, and delivering high-quality mobile experiences while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Android applications, ensuring scalability and performance
• Act as a technical mentor, guiding engineers and supporting engineering excellence across teams
• Develop high-quality features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, while maintaining automated test coverage and optimizing performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Android engineering experience
• Expertise with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI)
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and writing testable, maintainable code
• Experience integrating with REST and GraphQL services
• Background working on large, complex Android applications with multiple native engineering teams
