Senior Android Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Growth team focused on Family Org (Cozi + FamilyWall), the full-time Senior Android Engineer will design and run A/B experiments in the Android application to enhance user experience and drive measurable value while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement A/B experiments, defining hypotheses and ensuring clean data collection across the Android app
• Own the experiment loop end-to-end, autonomously scoping, building, and analyzing Growth experiments while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Shape the experimentation roadmap and mentor teammates on best practices for experiment design and data hygiene

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience with a strong track record of building and shipping apps at scale
• Deep proficiency in Kotlin and Android development best practices, including core components and lifecycles
• Experience with Android app architecture patterns and integrating feature flagging tools
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and ensuring data quality for analysis
• Familiarity with Android build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-first testing methodologies
