Senior Android SDK Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Android SDK Engineer to join their Mobile Observability team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain an Android observability SDK for external developers
• Work on crash capture, ANR detection, performance tracing, and session orchestration
• Debug complex issues across devices and contribute to architectural decisions within the SDK

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and solid knowledge of Java
• Deep understanding of Android runtime fundamentals including lifecycle and threading
• Experience with native code (C/C++) on Android using NDK/JNI
• Track record of building or maintaining SDKs or developer-facing platforms
• Experience using Git and modern CI/CD workflows
